hi I m new to this forum. just signed in. would like to know about chartered accountancy. I plan to pursue CA. Is there any course in finance which is equivalent to CA or may be of slightly less value will do.

welcome to the forum. From your querry it seems that you want to go for chartered accountancy, they why settle for less. There is no substitute for CA. There are other courses related to accounts which also have some value but CA has higher value.
